Family Connections focuses on pregnant women, children and families, with our services being free to the clients. Family Connections is the only organization in the six county areas to provide services in the client’s home at no cost to the client. For nearly 25 years Family Connections has had a positive impact in the lives of our clients and the communities we serve by providing services that assist people in the areas of housing, nutrition, parent/child interaction, substance use, child immunizations, child development and many other topics whose focus is improving the quality of life. Family Connections supports and advocates for pregnant women, their families, and families with children who lack resources to insure healthy pregnancy outcomes, and healthy, resilient families.
